Service Description
*What is this service? - In this Esthetic service, our Keratin-infused solution straightens your brow hairs and restructures their appearance. Once laminated to your desired style and fullness, the brows are mapped out, stray hairs are removed, and tint is added for color. The results are long-lasting and easy to control brows that will dramatically simplify your daily routine and elevate your look. Think of this as an espresso shot for your brows! - Results vary from person to person, but usually last 5-7 weeks. The tint will fade from the skin within a week, and will stay on the hair for at least 4 weeks. *Do not get your brows wet or steamy for 24-48 hours after. You must brush your brows daily or after getting them wet. You must apply an oil or conditioner to you brows daily. - This appointment includes a consultation before the service to ensure you receive the brows you're dreaming of. We use the highest quality products, tools, and methods to ensure the best results possible. - ADD ON treatments are available during this service: (Under Eye Masks, Scalp Massage, or Hand Massage) ***A $30 deposit is required and will go toward your appointment investment. ___________________________________________ * This treatment is NOT for individuals who: - Have been on Accutane in the last year - Have exfoliated in the last 48 hours - Have used a Retinol or a derivative of a Retinol in the last 48 hours - Have used AHA or BHA acids in the last 48 hours - Have had a facial in the last 48 hours - Have had a Resurfacing Treatment, Laser, Chemical Peel in the last 2 weeks - Have had a spray tan in the last week - Have broken, red, swollen, cracked, or irritated skin on or around the brow area - Have had a brow lamination in the last 7 weeks
Cancellation Policy
- TO CANCEL or RESCHEDULE, please contact us via CALL or TEXT at least 48 hours in advance. Please do not email us about changes to your appointment as it may not be seen in time. We understand that life happens and we value your business. - Any deposits made (if applicable) are non-refundable and will go toward your service cost. - If your appointment is rescheduled with more than 48 hours of notice, your deposit will transfer along with it one time.  - If you contact us less than 48 hours before your appointment, or do not come to your appointment at all, you will forfeit any deposits made. - If you arrive to your appointment unfit to receive your service, you will be turned away and your deposit (if applicable) will be forfeit. - Late arrival to your appointment may result in limited results/services being available to you. - Late arrival of 15 minutes or more will automatically result in a cancellation of your appointment. Your service provider will use her own discretion, in some cases, and attempt to proceed with your appointment if scheduling allows. - If you book a same day appointment, your deposit (if applicable) will not be transferable or refundable. - We will not issue refunds for services completed.
